Developmental 1 Group (D1) Ages 15-18
This is the premiere program for all athletes looking to dominate! It’s designed to start optimizing our athlete’s overall athleticism for current and next level. We will be concentrating on strength, speed, power, injury prevention, muscular endurance. Our goal is to give our athletes the tools be positively impactful in their respective sports.
Developmental 2 Group (D2) Ages 12-14
This program is unrivaled and gives our athletes the edge they need to be a force! It’s designed to help the growing athlete take advantage of their current strengths while continuing to improve overall strength and speed. We focus on athletic movement patterns in all planes of motion, acceleration, injury prevention, flexibility, strength, speed and power. We also integrate more strength training and compound movements to enhance overall athleticism and improve self confidence
Developmental 3 Group (D3) ages 9-11
This first class program will catapult our young athletes to higher levels of greatness! We teach the essential skills using drills and movement patterns that improve athleticism and self confidence. This is done while keeping athletes attentive and maximizing effort and determination.

Fit Lab was founded in 2016 to serve the community of Mansfield as a premier training facility dedicated to next level development. Simply put, we do more than help you develop some strength and flexibility. Any novice trainer can share a few tips that may yield positive results their clients might not have achieved on their own. That’s good, however we aim much, much higher. To complement our own novice education courses, we have opted to stay away from bulky equipment that limits functional movement and proper mechanics.

Adult Boot Camp
The best shape of your life starts now! This program is designed to help take your fitness to the next level and improve your overall quality of life. We concentrate on improving muscle strength, flexibility and energy levels while decreasing body fat. We utilize a combination of strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to help you achieve your fitness goals.
